I once saw Shiva. He was meditating on the top of a mountain. I was on drugs. It was opium. So there I was, on the most beautiful land never seen before by human eyes, contemplating a god. A creater and destroyer god. 

Somehow I thought about it, so that guy destroys the world and the universe and at the same time he's creating it as well, wich means he creates stuff by means of destruction.

Meditation is about creating through destruction, destruction of your thoughts. Reality is created by your mind, so if you stop the flow in your brain you destroy reality, and then you can start to create. Really.
